Job Description: Business Development and Operations Manager wanted to run business operations including client management, Logistics management and vendor management Position will also involve aspects of business development from acquiring new clients to sourcing new vendors alongside PR and social media management. We offer wide range of products from top rated bakers and home bakers..

Our focus is on providing exceptional customer experience from ordering the cake to delivery of the cake and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Vendor Development and management

- Operations Management

- Business development - sourcing of new vendors and clients

- Social Media Management

- Establishing operation system

- Establish logistic system

- Developing Home bakers in various cities and establish a good relation with them.

- Sourcing quality ingredients and products.

- Negotiating prices with various venders

- Planning and participating in relevant events

- Business Development and supports marketing activities

- Flexible: Contribute to all aspects of running the business

- IT skills: competent in Microsoft Office & good computer literacy skills
