Candidate's Role

Facilitating key management in articulating and implementing business strategy :

- Develop overall value proposition and key business drivers including integrated model with parent business

- Challenge business model around EPC, Development and O & M to optimize value creation

- Identify key parameters around significant supplier relationships

- Assess key development risk for new projects and roll out mitigation plan

- Prepare SWOT analysis of market and Company

Facilitating key management on detail road map for execution of strategy addressing key vertical organization structure, operating metrics and value impact assessment :

- Organization structure, reporting lines, compensation structures

- Corporate functions around finance, procurement, IT

- Operational business metrics

- Budget vs actual vs forecast database

Facilitating key management in identifying equity investment opportunities for new Paper Mill Projects :

- Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparable

- Develop overall story board, IM package and other related support information

- Support due diligence process

Facilitating key management in debt raise for Project :

- Procuring term loan /project finance strategy for Mill project

- Making Project Reports for point 1(a) above and aid in documentation to facilitate debt closure

- Preparing debt scenario models

Financial modelling :

- Has a hands on knowledge on developing and running a financial model and scenario options

- Ability to present financial model to articulate cash flow and risks of project

Candidate Profile :

- Strong excel analytics and financial modelling skills

- Strong communication skills and able to articulate strategy presentations

- Experience on different valuation methodologies for downstream investments

- Experience in infrastructure / paper mill/packaging -

- Within sector experience on development of greenfield projects

- Graduate or MBA from reputed institutions (IIT / IIM or similar)

MiniMill Technologies, Inc. (MMT) on behalf of a Customer is building a 200,000-ton lightweight mini-mill in the Mid West. This is part of an overall strategy to build additional 3-4 modern, high efficiency, low cost recycled packaging mini-mills over the next 5 years for the same Customer in multiple locations in the US. The team is a market leader in developing mini mills in the US and has an experienced team that has capability around development, EPC and O & M. The roll out of this strategy will require funding of approx. $ 800 M USD.
