Experience in Delivery Management
- Plan, Manage and Lead the Delivery and Operations of significant sized Projects and Programs globally distributed.
- Should have managed ERP, Infrastructure, Testing, Digital, DW, Agile, Dev Ops engagements
- Should have led 150 + workforce operations/ ~25 Mn USD P&L
- Extensive experience in managing projects using Waterfall, Iterative, ASAP and Agile models
- Knowledge Management for strengthening and retaining domain and technology expertise in domain intensive large programs and projects.
- Estimating, costing for Fixed Price, Managed Services engagements
- Managing work across offshore and global locations.
- Interact with Vertical head and Sales teams to develop account specific work engagements
Experience in Customer Interaction
- Should have had experience of handling Onsite delivery engagements
- Proposal defense, presentations
- Customer interaction while performing offshore delivery role
- Facilitating and supporting key customer projects in base lining their execution strategy, early stage set up and thereafter
- Interface and provide support to sales activities in existing accounts and large deals
Experience in Financials and Operations
- Revenue handled - Responsible for revenue assurance and managing key operational parameters like Utilization, and average cost
- Margin levers - understanding of margin levers and their impact
- Tracking and improving margins
- Ramping up and scaling teams across geographies
- Operational responsibility for Gross Margin, Customer and People satisfaction
