Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve/exceed an annual and quarterly funnel targets

2. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute on quarterly call campaigns

3. In conjunction with marketing and sales management, develop new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns.

4. Develop and publish weekly/monthly performance dashboard reports for each Inside Sales Representative utilizing data captured through SFDC module activity details and call metrics.

5. Oversee daily activities performed by the Inside Sales Team and support all escalations, driving each member toward expected weekly, monthly and quarterly goals through regular coaching and 1:1's.

6. Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to key business executives the value of MindTickle, via web channels and in person

7. Capture sales prospecting activity in Salesforce.com. Enter new contacts into system as acquired through pipeline follow-up and lead generation campaigns

8. Hire, Onboard and manage a team of inside sales reps

What we are looking for-

1. 3-8 years of experience in selling SaaS or Cloud company

2. Work with founders to create, define and execute tasks to support account plan

3. Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, LinkedIn, fileboard and similar sales tools preferred

4. Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control,

5. Knowledge of internet marketing (blogs, seo, rss, etc) is a big plus

6. Highly motivated and aggressive

7. Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required

8. Ability to do with right thing under stress and tight deadlines commensurate with a fast-growing start-up environment
