In this capacity, you will play a key role as a foundational member of our newly-created Business Operations function. This group sits at the core of our sales, finance, and product functions and is responsible for a wide array of initiatives that help ensure the train runs on time and in the right direction.   Working directly with the Head of business operations, CEO and other senior executives, you will be a strategic partner in helping tackle their highest priority strategic projects.  If you are excited by the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty and pride yourself in being able to stretch across functions, then we- d love to hear from you!  What you will work on:  1. Work on projects to translate company vision into go-to-market strategy  2. Maintain business models and identify trends across company/ data sets  3. Work with and help functional teams to strategize, set processes and work at optimum capacity  4. Take data driven approach to help with key decisions like pricing strategy, compensation design  5. Work with leaders across the company to help them think through how company objectives translate into functional objectives  6. Step in as needed to troubleshoot issues across departments  What you- ll need  1. Required 2-3 years of work experience in consulting or strategy roles, preferably experience of working with SaaS start-ups  2. Interest in running a startup, being a CEO or COO  3. Self-starter & get-it-done attitude  4. Independent thinker with ability to work plan & drive tasks with limited oversight  5. Problem solving skills with ability to distill and communicate ideas  6. Excitement about working in a rapidly evolving startup
