Migration / Transition Manager – Ahmedabad

We have urgent opening for a Migrations Manager (Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&A domain)

- Solution Designing

- End-to-end Project Management

- Change Management

- Stakeholder Management

- Issue Management

Qualifications and Experience

- 10 -14 years of experience

- End to end experience of 3-5 years in Transitioning of processes in the F&As domain

- Experience of structured project management and quality methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, PMI) - an advantage

- A good understanding of any of the Finance/Accounting (preferably in Telecom industry ), Supply Chain processes or Credit & Collections processes - desirable

- Understanding of change management tools and practices - an advantage

- CA /ICWA/MBA /Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting. Graduates with higher relevant transition/project management/domain experience can be considered too

- Executive presence, credibility, confidence, interpersonal & communication skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently
