Position :- Middle Office Operations - Treasury Team.

The role involves the following:
To proactively manage a department that is responsible for the Trade lifecycle management from trade confirmation to settlement, Daily P&L reporting and reporting in statutory accounts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience:
- Preferably a qualified Accountant or a management graduate for a - Tier II- business school
- Strong knowledge of Currency, Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives (OTC and Listed Futures and Options)
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong change management skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working in groups as well as independently.
- Professional management of employee relationships at all levels.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Team player with an enthusiastic approach to fresh challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Daily
- Retrieve relevant data from various systems / sources
- Broker + Trade Blotter Reconciliations
- Bank Recon and Nostro Reconciliation
- OTC / Clearing account Margin call calculation
- Settlement of OTC and Exchange traded Derivatives
- Line utilization/optimization of clearing accounts
- Regulatory reporting
- Managing Exchange and Clearing Broker relationships
- Relationship management with banks
- Ensure that the team's KPI and SLA are met.
- Attend to ad hoc queries from the traders and other Support groups relating to trade.
Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities:
- Review key weekly & monthly scorecard to senior management.
- Ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment.
- Raise the team's level of control awareness. Lead by example and foster a strong control culture.
- Ensure clean audit results from internal and external reviews.
- Be the owner of key stroke documentations for key Trade Management processes, risk assessment and documentation.
- Motivate and empower the team to deliver continuous improvements
