(Online, Media marketing etc.)  Behavioral Skills:  - The candidate should be a team player  - Should have the urge to learn new formats and add inputs in strategic planning & implementation of various media vehicles  - Effective communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.  - Ability to identify key parameters in a complex situation and implement effective actions  Technical Skills:  - Knowledge on media measurement tools like TAM, IRS, TGI, BARC.  - Should have an insight into the current digital scenario  - Planning and analytical skills.
