The brand's product portfolio embraces more than 60 models today, ranging from feature rich, dual - SIM phones, 3G Android smartphones, tablets, LED televisions and data cards.  Job Responsibilities:  - Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience  - Identify future talent needs, particularly high demand international staffing roles; develop talent pools and/or social engagements  - Partner closely with leadership, business and competency management to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, job offer proposal and negotiation, through on boarding  - Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas across all locations, with laser focus on social media, employment brand initiatives, campus relations, employee referral programs, back and front end systems/tools, and vendor management   - Use different selection and candidate evaluation tools to select the right candidate  Desired Skill and Experience:  - Passionate about finding the right people; you- re organized, detail-oriented, and you would never let great candidates slip by  - At your best in a fast-paced environment where you take pride in your work  - An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence and builds relationships readily.  - Deep understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcome  - Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization  - Pass-out from Tier-1 institute and having close to 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with FMCG / Telecom / Consumer Durables / Banking Industry
