Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present recommendations that will help shape business direction.  - Lead consumer insights and fuel innovation thinking. Conduct consumer research and convert insights into meaningful concepts. Provide recommendations to business team basis qualitative research and secondary data analysis  - Understand business trends and recommend strategies to stakeholders to help drive business growth. Reporting of key insights using statistical rigor and analysis  Experience and Skills:   - 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Insights / Marketing Analytics with Banking/ FMCG / Insurance / Consulting Industry  - Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.)  - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)   - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy   - MBA from Tier- 1 colleges and B.Tech / B.E./ BS in Mathematics, Economics or Statistics
