Job Title: Senior Executive / Lead - Talent Acquisition   Job Location: Bangalore  Must Have:   - Experience in Saudi hiring  - Experience hiring for IT infrastructure services domain.  Basic Role Details:  - You will be part of fast-paced cohesive Talent acquisition team, which is constantly building COE (Center of Excellence) for talent identification and attraction.   - You will be based out of the Bangalore office and will cater to requirements for the Middle East region  Recruiter Competencies:   - Excellent Oral and Written communication skills a MUST.   - Owns fulfillment responsibilities as per SLA for the open positions by developing and executing recruiting plans   - Works with hiring managers as recruitment partner by understanding technical job requirements, technical roles and technical skills required for the position   - Keeps abreast of IMS technology trends   - Conducts HR interview by meeting candidates in-person, telephone, or video conference   - Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent   - Ability to foster long-term relationships with candidates   - Inform potential applicants about company facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations   - Work efficiently with high volume of resource requests in a competitive environment with the ability to adapt focus of searches as needed   - Possess exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners   - Follow-up & connect with offered candidates till onboarding   - Backup offer plan for niche/low availability skill and possible declines
