Main responsibility for this role is to handle and follow through with the recruitment activities for mid and senior management levels.   - You will work closely and liaise with the hiring managers identifying their hiring needs and select suitable candidates for the positions.  Position Responsibilities:  - Recruitment for positions at mid and senior management levels in the Corporate and Delivery functions  - Sourcing candidates through different channels like job portals, networking, referrals , advertisement, etc   - Understanding the hiring requirements from managers  - Identify suitable candidates through screening, selecting and conducting interviews of prospects to match with hiring needs   - Scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates with hiring managers   - Communicate between candidates, hiring managers and human resources to expedite successful close of the position   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  - Degree holder in any discipline  - 5 years of experience in recruitment of which at least 2 years have been into leadership hiring   - Fluent in both spoken and written English  - Proficiency in MS Office  - Good interpersonal and communication skills
