- Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring content  - Create shareable content for specific networks to drive leads, awareness and/or other marketing metrics (e.g. whitepapers, info-graphics, pitch decks, etc.).  - Collaborate with inside sales, sales and the client delivery organization to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.  - Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote site visitors through search and social media  - Speak and present both internally and externally on services   - Work closely with the designers on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels   Qualification :  - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.   - MBA in marketing from tier I Institutes.  Experience Required :  - 3-6 years of experience in content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.).  - Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics   - Exposure to working with content on IT/ IT infrastructure / software applications will be a plus
