Request you to go through our career page to know more about our organization and its services - http://www.microland.com/services/integrated-service-management/hybrid-it-management  Please find the Job description:  Primary Job Responsibilities:  - Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to design and implement talent acquisition strategy.  - Design, build and automate key TA metrics, measurements and reports in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders.  - Develop rigorous analytical models that provide structure to ambiguous, complex issues.  - Lead talent research projects including data collection and statistical analysis.  - Compare Talent metrics against relevant industry benchmarks and identify key areas for improvement.  - Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions.  - Communicate insights to key stakeholders, and influence these teams to take action based on your recommendations.  Qualifications  - MBA from any premier management institutes  - 5 years corporate work experience in analytical environments with emphasis on strategy, analytics, planning, program management and/or process design. Relevant experience includes management consulting, sales operations, financial planning & analysis, talent acquisition, or related fields  - Highly analytical, strong interest in using data and metrics to uncover insights and drive business performance  - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial / operational modeling  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization  - Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.  - Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports & data analysis  Job Location: Bangalore  Qualification: Candidate should be 10+2+3 years of education  Chenna Reddy  Sr Executive - Recruitment Microland Limited
