Business Partner (based in Bangalore, India) for International Geographies US, UK & Saudi  Some of the key responsibilities:   This Role will be responsible for managing the Human Resource Function for our employees across UK, US & Saudi remotely based out of Bangalore. This role will be responsible for driving the following in the context of the geography:  - Statutory compliance  - Policy Changes  - Administering Compensation and Benefits  - Social Security benefits  - HR Operations and HR processes  - Training Needs identification  - Employee Engagement  - Change management  Will work closely with Business Leaders across geographies and establish a strong Connect with all employees.  Requirements:  - HR Generalist working in IT Industry with about 4 plus years of experience with good knowledge and exposure to labor laws/ HR policies/ salary components and benefit schemes of at least one international geography (either US or UK or Saudi).   - MBA in HR is required. (Education in international HR/ Business will be a plus)  - People with certifications in GP-HR / SP-HR will be preferred
