Job description  Title: Lead- HR- Corporate Functions (HR Business Partner role)  Qualification: MBA (HR) graduate  Experience: 3 - 5 years   Location: Bangalore  Role/Responsibilities: The individual would be responsible for the following deliverables (but not limited to):  1. BHR Support on employee life cycle HR processes (Performance management and C&B)  - Goal setting for all new joiners within 45 days- Monthly tracker  - Performance review & PIP completion as per process timelines- Rigorous Follow up and MIS  - Annual Compensation review & Annual Variable Pay-out process  - Run Info sessions on PMS, Values, Compliance etc., Road shows on initiatives, from time to time  - Aid in Market benchmarking of positions and Talent acquisition/ selection  2. Own Functional On-boarding & off-boarding support for new joiners in Corporate/ Non Delivery Functions  - Smooth Pre-on-boarding support for senior hires.  - Putting together lateral hire Induction program for new joiners (Manager and above category) and anchoring the same through successful completion.  - Exit Interviews with leavers and attrition management  - Raising & Clearing No dues on system for leavers- 2 way communication with leavers on FFS support to provide a good experience.  - Transfers: Approving requests (address change, marital change, name change), in MW HR.  3. Employee engagement and relations:  - Engagement Calendar for Non Delivery; Driving - Cheers-   - Working with Key Stake holders pro-actively and influencing.  - Handling employee grievances and managing expectations- Effectively coach Managers & employees, as needed  4. Other BHR processes and activities  - Medical Insurance: Co-ordinate with Broker & employee for all medical queries; Facilitate the medical helpdesks at office; Follow up for reimbursements on behalf of employees and escalation process followed in case of any delays.  - Support on other HR processes. Working and resolving Tickets in within the SLA.  - MIS support: Org Chart preparation for all Functions- Monthly update; specific data analysis (Attrition-Non delivery; Individual KT sheets etc.)  Must-Haves:  - Ability to Persistently follow-up in a fast-paced, evolving and dynamic environment  - Attention to details & focused on quality output  - Comfort with ambiguity
