Job Description

- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive strong initial training and be groomed to take on responsibility for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective sector. You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

- You will also build and maintain a strong network of middle to senior level job seekers in your specialisation in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate. You will be a true business partner/consultant to some of the world’s most reputable companies.

The Successful Applicant

- You are degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a well reputed institution.

- You have 2 -6 years operational experience within any of the above disciplines and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles. You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation. You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
