ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  - Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding situations.   Your responsibilities will include:  - Managing and tracking headcount of the entire function.  - To match demand and supply in a way to optimize overall utilization   - To work as an independent person and ensure allocation of resources in the larger interest of practice  - Manage team of schedulers who there will be managing sub service lines utilization and allocations.   - To identify fungible/common pools of talent for cross functional utilization.   - Reporting weekly and monthly utilization of resources to functional head  - Distribution of financial parameters & bench cost to business heads.   - Identifying skill/manpower gaps and accordingly reporting to the BU heads/Hr’s   - To work on demand forecasting & accordingly build pipeline.  - Strategically manage revenue leakages / loss in critical Projects / Accounts.  THE INDIVIDUAL  - Have 8 - 12 years experience in resource management or in a similar environment.  - Working knowledge of scheduling tool is an advantage.  - Should have in-depth understanding of various business in Consulting/Advisory   - The individual should be good at conflict management, and be assertive to manage senior leadership demand.   - Should have past team management experience.   - Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication  - Should have handled Bench management, Resource fulfillment, demand management, reporting activities   - High level of strategic and creative thinking and an ability to come up with solutions  - Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills  - Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours  - Be willing to travel within India.  - Have strong soft skills such as; inter personal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and written  QUALIFICATION  - Be a MBA from a reputed institute.   SELECTION PROCESS  - HR discussion   - Technical Interview  - Partner/Director Interview
