About Our Client

Our client is one of the Big Four firms in India. They are looking for a Manager to join their Risk Advisory practice, particularly in the Financial Services – Asset Management/ Mutual Funds/ Broking space.

Job Description

As a Manager based in Mumbai, you will be reporting to the Head of the Financial Services vertical. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage projects in a timely and effective manner, maintaining client contact throughout and ensuring projects are delivered within budget

- Lead a team of Consultants across multiple projects

- Lead complex projects over multiple verticals, oversee project deliverables, manage team and deliver at an individual level where needed

- Demonstrate knowledge in the Asset Management/ Broking/ Mutual Funds space across Internal Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk functions

- Set business development targets and leverage client relationships by using the firms internal resources to sell additional products

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have around 6-8 years of experience, with a CA/ MBA from a top tier institute. You should have a strong understanding of atleast one of the following: Internal Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk. Experience with an Asset Management/ Broking or Mutual Funds firm in the Audit, Compliance or Risk verticals is preferred. Candidates who also have consulting experience in this space are also welcomed to apply. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact with senior stakeholders. You must have a high level of analytical skills, and should be conversant with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint). You should be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive.
