Designation: Manager - Branding & Communication  Reporting : Head - Marketing, MCC IN  Department: Customer Management  Job Purpose:  - Responsibility for the management of corporate brand METRO as well as communication on a regional/national basis  - Responsibility for developing and maintaining marketing strategies, creating and positioning brand and determining communication strategy  Job Responsibilities:  - Conceptualize and implement an integrated marketing framework encompassing all organizational competencies / USPs and thereby create an execution plan for the same though chosen media options   - Conceptualize an effective marketing strategy encompassing all elements from lead generation, brand management, campaign execution - planning to closure for all centers of the organization in an integrated manner entailing different competencies / offerings of the organization  - Conception and regular revision of the positioning of the corporate brand Metro and own brands  - Fact based (research) adaptation of the brand and own brand positioning and the brand communication with regard to regional markets, customer split, store formats and internal and external developments  - To evaluate the outcome of market research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed  - Establishing and maintaining of close relationships to relevant, national and international advertising, media and event agencies  - Professional cost control and management, meaning cost efficiency with regard to corporate and own brand advertising  - Realization and monitoring of efficient and unobstructed process flows  - To prepare creative elements for all professional communication basis an understanding of the segment and promotion construct  - To develop new and innovative ways of communicating instore basis the need of the campaign  - To support all creative requirements for an NSO - ATL, BTL and Instore communications  - Ensure timely execution of communication material including Metro Mail & In store Merchandise  - Ensure high and effective reach of marketing communication among the Target segment  - Ensure visibility & execution of Promotion Calendar as planned, design & execute seasonal promotions (Anniversary, Diwali) within Budget & delivering targeted KPI's  Skills Required:  Required   - Excellent expertise in marketing, especially in strategic brand management   - Excellent expertise in people management   - Excellent ability to implement strategies and concepts  High ability to implement strategies and concepts  - Steady persons in Job   - Should have a long term outlook with Metro.  - Should be ready for constant Travel  Job Conditions (If any):  Location - Bangalore
