Incumbent and Profile preface:

- We are looking out for a senior project leader who can drive new business launches across different markets - PAN India.

- The incumbent will be responsible for coming up with market feasibility study, new business proposals and work on operational models including execution levels for driving local operations, regulations, technical vigilance and quality, local marketing initiatives and talent management and thus ensure overall business goals.

- The incumbent is required to have strong experience and expertise of launching multifunctional operations across all locations and a feed in to the long-term vision of the company.

- The incumbent will a critical role in company’s fast paced expansion to other cities through knowledge transfer on best practices as and when there are requirements and opportunities.

- The growth path for the incumbent is to be a project lead for the network or move into a business head role with a P&L responsibility in future.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Feasibility study:

- The incumbent will be responsible for market study and evaluate business potential in new markets. He/she will be responsible to design an operation ecosystem proposal for all new projects.

Facilitate setting up office operations:

- The incumbent will facilitate through guiding the branch head in setting up the branch operations and enable him with information/study on range of challenges/adherence as per location needs.

People Management/Financial Management:

- Through a Project Lead - HR, the incumbent will be responsible for ideating and forming the right structure for the branches and ensuring timely on-boarding of quality talent basis the job requirement in conjunction with support from the central HR function and Branch HR team.

- Through the Project Lead - Finance, the incumbent will be responsible for arriving at a P&L plan for the market and thereafter execute the same through central finance at strategic level and branch finance at execution/operations level.

Project Management:

- Work on multiple business proposals simultaneously with will need an effective project management expertise and a team to work on project deadlines.

- Setting up such project teams and working on milestones is the key deliverable of this incumbent.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Post graduate from a premier institute with minimum 10 years of experience preferably in project management roles at a senior level. An International business experience is preferable.

- Should have handled critical multi location launch projects under critical deadlines.

- Having Business acumen is must with a depth of analytics and must be aware and agile of market dynamics. A proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including technology, marketing, business management, customer support etc.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and communicate effectively across various stakeholders within the management team across various functions are must. Should be an effective negotiator.

- High bias for action and ability to deliver under pressure with strong maturity in actions and behavior
