Experience in leading multifunctional teams.  - Demonstrated strategic planning and innovative approach in making efficient operational processes.  - Experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting SLA, improving the quality of systems and managing complex operational processes.  - Entrepreneurial drive  - Market savvy, good commercial acumen with good PR & communication skills  Qualification:  - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with MBA from a reputed institute.  - 6-10+ years of work experience in operation.  - Experience in measuring the success of a complex business process and proposing new business opportunities  - Attention to detail, problem solving & analytical skills
