Role

- Provide analytical support for operations (CC, Branch Ops, Marketing)

- Coordinate/ Lead initiatives with branches for improvements in business performance

- Pro-actively identify areas for improvement – cost savings, customer engagement, efficiency improvement etc

Profile

- MBA (engineer preferably); good quality business school

- 1-2 years experience working in similar role

- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of tools – excel, access, ppt

- Good written and oral communication

- Willingness to get into detail, understand data, engage with operating people
