Role: Engagement Manager

Qualifications :

- MBA or MHA with impressive academic performance from a top-tier institution

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional communication, report-writing and presentation skills

- Proven track-record of consistently superior performance, leadership traits and strong inter-personal skills

- At least 5 years relevant experience in consulting or management with large reputed organization(s)

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry and demonstrated flair for strong on-ground implementation capabilities

Professionals with outstanding track record, an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to excel and create milestones would be ideally suited.

Responsibilities :

- You will play a pivotal role in executing multiple engagements: from initiation to successful closure.

- It will encompass activities as varied as deriving rich insights from in-depth analysis of data, conducting interviews with various stakeholders, arriving at high-impact recommendations and meticulous execution of various interventions.

- It will also require close interaction with the client team across various levels.

Location :

Hyderabad. However, the role would require frequent travel to various project locations as and when necessary.
