Overall experience: 10 to 15 years  Minimum 5 years of professional experience with an advertising agency (production, post production of Television Commercial and Mag media / Research, Digital / Creative Agency) will be preferred  Procurement experience with production house will be an added advantage  Reputed advertising agencies, Reputed production houses, FMCG companies, Retail, Consumer Goods  Procurement - Media, Media Purchase, production, pre - production, post production, vendor management, spend analysis, expense analysis, budget analysis, trends vs budget, negotiation skills, payment management  Key Deliverables :   - To increase purchase coverage  - To increase savings  Key relationships :   Internal stakeholders - Brand Marketing teams, Merchandising and Finance team  External stakeholders - Media production and post production house  Key Responsibilities :   - To deal with the internal stakeholders and understand their media production and post production needs  - To conduct purchasing activity in line with the Groups purchasing policy and Groups values  - To constantly monitor supply market dynamic and identify savings opportunities  - To establish yearly country budget and savings and provide reporting over the year (year to date, trends vs budget)  - To improve and maintain the overall quality of items purchased and services  - To select, evaluate and put together a supplier pool based on the criteria set forth in the purchasing policy and develop close relations with chosen suppliers at local and APAC level
