Job Description:

- TV/ print/ outdoor media planning for all campaigns across businesses at the Bank

- Benchmark and negotiate buying deals for all channels/ publications that we advertise on

- Drive processes for MIS and reviews

Competencies to focus on:

- Able to lead projects independently.

- Good negotiation skills & ability to drive media buying.

- Should have worked extensively on TV media plans & TV buying.

- Has worked on strategic and tactical media campaigns.

- Has a know how of the operational elements in executing the campaign.

- Has demonstrated abilities to be a self starter.

- Needs to be able to provide direction and guidance to the media agencies.

- Should be analytical, proficient with numbers.

- Should be able to work with quick turnaround time and scale.

- Should also have strong negotiation and inter personal skills in order to negotiate well with external agencies.

- Strong process orientation due to the need to maintain MIS and regular reviews of competitor activity.

Key Skills required:

- Media Planning & Implementation

- Knowledge of Media purchase on TV/Print/Outdoors

- Proficiency with number crunching & analysis

Qualification:

- MBA from Tier1/Teir2 campus with 4+ years of work experience or 7+ years of work experience
