To help us achieve this, we need talented and ambitious people who inspire and deliver change.   Responsibilities:   Service Delivery Lead: PMO, will work in close collaboration with Solution Managers and Program Managers to define, set-up, and manage the service delivery processes leveraging MSO and Firm assets. Service Delivery Lead will often work with more than one Solution and/or on more than one project at any point in time.  Service Delivery Leads are at the core of bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of Solutions. As such Service Delivery Leads:  - work with client representatives and McKinsey consultants in joint problem solving sessions, and define the scope for the enablement project (configuration, data modeling, usability review, process set-up, etc.);  - estimate costs for setting up operations and operational costs for executing data acquisition and professional service delivery activities;  - manage the set-up of operations by being the single point of contact for the Solution and Professional Services teams and/or the different shared service centers; monitor & control Program Life Cycle methodology  - drive the process of converting/enriching client raw data sources into the high added value datamart required for Solutions to deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake. This requires Service Delivery Lead to master the analytics/methodology embedded into the Solutions and the data concepts related to the Solution functional or sector domains;  - accompany clients in their use of the Solutions to drive sustainable and high impact. This involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss about how to drive user adoption, help them with questions they might have regarding the Solution usage or applicability and build client capabilities;   - steer the usage of a large range of capabilities such as our Data Factory organization for heavy duty data work, more junior colleagues such as Senior Solution Analysts to enable clients on Solutions as quickly and efficiently as possible.  - responsible for deployment of standard Program Business Management methodology and processes at Market level.  - monitor quality aspects for project implementation including metrics/ scorecards, gate/ milestone approvals and initiating, execution and monitoring of quality improvement.  - successfully leading the PMO in completing high impact, large-scope projects, defining and managing risk, tracking project performance, and proactively communicating project progress with all stakeholders.   - assess and manage impact of changes to project scope, timeline, resource allocation, or priority.   - ensure correct order of execution to minimize risk and cost.   - manage status reporting of project progress, or lack thereof, to all stakeholders.
