You'll also work to build a strong business relationship with the local, regional, and global leadership of MDL.  - You'll actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks and you'll facilitate the management team to bring forward the best solutions for firm members. You'll also be the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in our people management approaches, while designing and maintaining organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.  - You will have the opportunity to designs succession plan for key positions and will be expected to challenge the organizational structure of the internal client, proposing changes and improvements.
