Job title: Senior Manager/ Manager IT - Customer Facing Technology

Department: IT

Reports into: GM - IT

Position Type: Full-time

Candidate Qualification:

- PG/MCA in Computer Science/BE- Computers

- At least 8-12 years overall experience & Minimum of 5+ years of background in e-commerce platform and technologies related to search engine optimization, mobility and other customer facing activities

- Should have project management experience preferably in systems implementation. Should be well versed with SDLC

- Industry Preference - Retail, Quick Restaurant Chains, eCommerce

- Only MUMBAI Candidates may apply

Job Profile:

- Develop and maintain a good understanding of core business with special emphasis on customer experience & restaurant operations.

- Ensures overall Planning for customer centric IT initiatives to meet the business objectives.

- Core: Leads or collaborates in cross-functional acquisition teams to acquire & implement Technology & services that enhance McDonald's customer experience from time to time.

- Determining roles, strategy and tactics for the acquisition & implementation process including Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning.

- Study the various solutions implemented by McDonalds globally and leverage those learnings by implementing the same here.

- Establish adequate standards for Release Management process including QA, Pre-live testing & post production testing

- Follow necessary processes to ensure that systems sourced and implemented are transitioned to the support team with necessary L3 support.

- Project Management: Collaborates with key customers to ensure client expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives.

- Works on the scope of the project schedule with the end user. Determines the milestones and the asset & resource requirements. Develops and/or oversees the development of detailed project plans.

- Participate in audit process and suggest security enhancement possibilities

- Procurement & Vendor Management: Evaluation and Selection of strategic vendors who provide I/S services and products that meet the business requirement. Conducting final negotiations.

- Builds strong relationships between teams within I/S and between I/S and related business teams.

- Processes: Establish procedures and policies for IT related activities. Facilitate audit and ensure compliance of McDonald's standards.

- Manage project costs and resources to maintain overall budgets.
