Budgets and seeks capex approval ( LHI & ESSD) for the entire region  Detailed Design (MEP + Architectural design): Signs off on detailed design and coordinated layouts for direct reportees  Vendors: Identifies vendors need & develops them for the region. Recommends and support the annual rate contract process. Identifies and Develops consultants and PMC for the region. Reviews & Rates vendor performance for his region  Vendors to Manage: Consultants, PMC's, Civil & Interior, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas vendors, LT panel, DG & RO plants. Establishes a relationship with Owners of all vendors within his region.  Training: Implements training programme for his team  Yearly Plan: Supports the yearly plan for the region along with the regional director  Reinvestments: Recommends the reinvestment plan for the region - Rebuilds, Reimages, MFY, BF, capacity enhancement etc  Manpower planning: Recommends & recruits the manpower requirement for the region, Manages the career plan of the entire team  Qualification: BE Civil  Reporting to: GM Projects  Request you to kinldy provide following details in the cover letter  1.
