This position responsible for design representation (Interior Coordination, RFC & Seating Layout and preliminary drawing post feasibility.  Core Responsibilities:  - Coordinate the MEP design and execution for new and reinvestment plans.  - Ensures the designs are within budget.  - Supports design evaluation and implementation.  - Provide the planning input for the MEP works and monitor planning vs. progress on site.  - To ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals  Candidate Qualification:  - 6-10 years of MEP exposure.  Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Mechanical)
