India Lead-Compensation & Benefits
Location: Bangalore
The Compensation & Benefits India Lead role is an important position within the HR Operations organization at McAfee. We pride ourselves in organizational excellence and are looking for a key team member to assist us in driving the goal of leveraging and improving upon HR processes to ensure organizational efficiency, innovation and application of best practices.
This business critical role will have responsibility for leading these functions and collaborating with key stakeholders closely including our strong global team to ensure organizational alignment.
Compensation Management:
- Provides on-going research, analysis and recommendations on compensation programs
- Partners with business leaders and HR colleagues to provide in region compensation advice and coaching
- Ensures compensation programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participates in driving results on completion of compensation reviews
- Leads the completion of annual salary survey, including job analysis and other benchmarking techniques
- Provides leadership and development guidance to team members on compensation and overall total rewards package best practice
Benefits Management:
- Provides on-going research, analysis and recommendations on benefit programs
- Drives development and delivery of health and wellness communication materials to foster better understanding of various benefits programs
- Ensures high quality results in managing the end to end process for delivery of benefits including vendor management and employee customer service
- Participates in benchmark surveys and provides assessment and recommendation to global leadership on local best practices on an on-going basis
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- Significant experience in delivering measurable results in program management including benchmarking, compensation and benefits plan design and delivery
- In depth knowledge of local compliance and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and focus on teamwork
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to ensure compliance and process adherence
- A tech savvy individual with good knowledge of ERP applications (preferably a SAP expert)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools with demonstrated ability to use Excel to create accurate, detailed analyses
- Ability to learn, adapt, drive accountability and succeed in a highly matrixed organization
- Proven communication and collaboration skills
- MBA Preferred
