Senior Manager - Quality & Service Excellence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Deployment of Max Quality System in the assigned function/ location.
End to end deployment of entire Max Quality System across the function/ departments.
Specific responsibility for each component of MQS are as follows :
Drive Cross functional large Transformation Projects / Continuous Improvement
- Identification of key improvement priorities across the entire function
- Initiating improvement projects in prioritized area of improvements
- Mentoring and facilitating projects progress through technical and governance support
Listening Program :
- Dissemination of all customer & distributor VOC
- Development of appropriate action plans along with Stakeholder group
- Coordinate with program office to drive improvement based on above
Process Orientation :
- Ensuring formal process documentation exists for all functions
- Ensuring version control of all processes at six monthly frequency
- Planning and conducting process audits in coordination with central program office
Quality Culture :
- Planning concept education and training plans for imparting quality related training programs
- Coordination for execution of training plans
KEY RELATIONSHIPS :
Internal: EMC/ STL Leaders/ Functional Leader and colleagues and team members across functions
External: Business Partners/ Distributors/ Vendors/ Survey Agencies
DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Minimum professional experience of 8 - 12 years with Black Belt Certification
Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Should be from Life Insurance Industry
Should have experience in Distribution side, have good knowledge of sales process & conventional ways of selling insurance.
Should have driven big transformation processes - change management, blue sky thinking.
Must have completed at least one six sigma project
