Job Summary:
- Develop and maintain a team of competent employees
- Implement initiatives to develop organizational culture, train and develop Managers for succession, and improve Employee Engagement
- Work with business leaders in people issues within the organization with the objective of nurturing and encouraging service excellence and quality by building a capable and motivated team in the assigned functions
Key Responsibility:
- Translate HR objectives into a workable HR plan and ensures its deployment and implementation in consultation with business to support their Business Plans
- Develop the sourcing strategy for Corporate functions; Deploy recruitment plan; Conduct interviews and select candidates for Band 5 ,4 & also support the acquisition of Band 3, in order to meet the assigned functions- manpower requirements
- Enable the implementation of Performance Management process for the functions; Assist the business heads in making promotion decisions; Sign off on exceptions till Band 4; Identify critical positions and suitable candidates for development, Assist in formulating an individual career development plans in conjunction with Management; Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process in order to ensure timely completion of performance management cycle
- Support business in decision making (Fitment) and allocation of compensation quantum for assigned functions; Drive moderation of ratings for the assigned patch; Arrive at judicious mix of compensation and the justification balanced with cost
- Overall responsibility of designing & deploying Employee Engagement Calendar for the Corporate functions based on their unique engagement needs ; Facilitating get together and celebrations on various occasions/festivals ; ensure retention.
- Develop and distribute MIS report for the corporate functions in support with HRMIS function.
- Assist management to determine the most effective organization structure in support of evolving business requirements; Propose and deploy structure for assigned functions in order to ensure that the structure facilitates high quality interactions and decision making while eliminating gaps and overlaps
- Evolve training and development, and Talent Management in Corporate functions in line with business strategy & with assistance from MDP team; Monitor execution of full training loop (TNA, delivery and feedback), Identify potential leaders and pipeline; Monitor and review implementation of policy in order to develop a skilled and motivated team
- Implement reward and recognition schemes, communicate new schemes as appropriate with relevant guidelines in order to ensure that talent is appropriately recognized, motivated and developed
- Addressing HR operational issues related to HR policies and other service conditions
- Taking Exit Interview, analysis & feedback sharing with the business managers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education: MBA in Human Resources
Minimum and Specific Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Prior experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Retention.
