KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Central point for implementing corporate initiatives  - For various corporate initiatives, detailing of efforts required zone wise and to communicate / guide the same  - Collect data and reach decision points to share feedback with ZHR on the region's performance  - Communicate with ZHR's and influence stakeholders to get desired results  - HR audit for the agency  - Act as a process auditor for the Agency HR team  - Highlight non-compliant cases and ensure closure  - Track EDAP region wise and report closure  - Monitor and control the HR budget  - HR metrics and reporting  - Prepare or present the Agency health in form of numbers / developments  - Study and report impact of various HR processes in business  - Make comparative study of zone wise performance and communicate it  - HR strategy implementation partner  - Travel to regions and sense pulse of people/business  - Conduct workshops on corporate initiatives to educate zonal teams  - Facilitate closure of zonal queries  - Corporate resource to support the Zonal teams  - Central point of connect at the corporate level to provide support to Zonal teams  - Liaison with HR Operations team on selective issues to provide resolution  - Ensure timely closure of any support ask coming from the region  OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:  HR Operations:  - Timely support and information on joining & resigned in HO for agency HR
