JOB SUMMARY:  - Get a grip on the pulse of business and proactively create an action plan to meet the need of business.   - Resolve escalated HR concerns to HO  - Liaison and coordinate with ZHRs and ensure corporate initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives like audit gaps, EDAP cases and attrition etc.   - Partner in creating a rich culture based on performance based engagement and drill down key initiatives eg. Best Bets, PMS   - Act as the transformation/process champion (within the HR team) for Agency HR Prepare business/HR analytics for Agency HR Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP) & Compliance etc.  Other activities involves:   - Recruitment of competent employees  - Employee engagement & retention  - Employee feedback & counseling  -Performance Management   - Change Management  - Organizational Structure & Capability Building  - Employee Development  - HR Operations  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Employee retention with a focus on Distribution channels  - Study attrition trends  - Understand employee & market related dynamics  - Conduct exit interviews  - Institute and implement process for inducting new employees  - Ensure quality of recruitment  - Hire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms in the zones, coordinate with Recruitment team   - at HO to establish relationship with NAUKRI, hire through employee referral  - Manage costs within business plan nos.  - Maintain harmonious employee relations  - Implement performance review cycle  - Ensure all G & M sheets are completed and sent to HO within plan timelines  - Facilitate the G & M review process to ensure that all reviews are completed within timelines  - Facilitate building of a Leadership Pipe through the Management Development Process   - Educate employees on usage of the online performance management system  - Drive Change Agenda in Zone in line with Organizational Plans and Strategy  - Provide the HR leadership to the ADM pilot in the field  - Partner with Project Leader/ OHs/ AP Mgmt to capacitate ADM module in the 6 offices as per the hiring specs   - Build & ingrain the Max Life culture and values in the AP units.  - Build engagement & motivation platforms for ADMs  - Do a RAG analysis for proactively preempting attrition in the offices assigned   - Lead the team of retainers around ADM sourcing and fulfillment of MIS needs of the pilot from an HR standpoint  - Resolution of all employee issues in the pilot offices   MEASURES OF SUCCESS:  - Plan Vs Actual for Recruitment eg ADM   - No of ADM's as backups and no. hired before plan  - Attrition rates to be lower than previous years or maintained  - 85% retention of G2M2 performers  - ADM costs to be less than plan by 10%  - Mandays of training at zones  - Employee feedback  - Adherence to timelines for appraisal  OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:  - HR Operations  - Timely information on joinings & resignees to be provided to HO   - Resolution of employee issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalities   - Follow up with HO to ensure prompt resolution of F&F  - Providing information to HR team and GO Business Managers on competition, industry trends to facilitate effective decision making  KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS REQUIRED:  1.
