Brief Description about the role:  The PMO manager oversees implementation of key strategic and operational initiatives through defined, consistent project management processes, oversees projects costs, ensuring that the project managers are actively managing to budget and that the company’s purchasing policies and controls are being observed.  Key Deliverable:  - Experience creating, planning, and managing PMO structure/office  - Develop and strengthen the capability of the wider project management team. (Considering that this may be wider than the PMO function).  - Liaise closely with the Business Leaders on specific projects, capturing strategic activities, identifying issues early and coordinating to resolve them.   - Work with the Finance Director to ensure that financial information for projects is appropriate, accurate, timely and relevant to support cost tracking and post implementation review/ success measurement.  - Ensure that all projects have been budgeted appropriately and that budget tracking and reporting is in place.  - Work with the CEO, CFO, CHRO, CSO and Marketing Head on the planning and execution of project.  - Challenge existing business processes transforming the company to a best in class organisation. Manage process change through projects ensuring:   - Governance   - Planning of projects.   - Quality documentation, project management and architecture standards are followed.   - Organisational alignment.   - Timely updates to management.   - Identify resource constraints and needs at both a country and regional level, with particular reference to ongoing initiatives, but also planning for future initiatives.  - Define and manage plans and timelines.
