Manager: Payment Assistance
Reporting to: GM Customer Support
Function: Revenue Generation
Brief Description about the role:
- Responsible for Revenue Generation by ensuring that the teams assist the customers in Payment issues and regulating and monitoring EPRs
Educational Qualifications:
- Any graduate with an MBA from a reputed institute and a minimum experience of 5 years

- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent experience and capabilities in sales process.
- Ready to take initiative

Key Deliverable:
- Monitor and measure productivity across different teams of telecallers, headed by Team Leaders
- Ensure the conversion ratios are high and meet the set expectations
- Segregate the leads across the executives
- Analyse the reason for Payment Failure (if any) and resolve the same
- Leverage opportunities and escalate them
- Design and develop motivation and retention strategies and implement the same
- Analyse the need for training and highlight the same
- Review the performance of their team members and report their performance
