Mandatory Skills:

- Knowledge about Power Industry/Industrial Equipment and renewables.

- Knowledge of Research/Consulting Industry

- Pre-Sales/Proposal making

- Knowledge of Strategic Management Frameworks ( Porters Forces, BCG Matrix etc.)

- Knowledge of Analysis/Data Crunching Techniques ( PESTLE, SWOT, Ansoff Matrix etc.)

- Good analytical skills and is aware of the different research methodologies (Top Down, Bottoms Up, Data Triangulation, Primary & Secondary Research)

- Team Management Experience (3-5 years) handling a minimum team size of 3-5 people

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and power point presentation skills

Good to have

- Report/Consulting Writing Experience

- Flair for Consulting English

- Knowledge of Supply Chain/Value chain of the Industry

- Knowledge of Basic Finance

- Data Modelling Skills
