Marketing Manager (Super Speciality Task Force)   Qualification: B.Sc or B.pharma With MBA  Experience:   - Having 10-15 years of experience in sales/ Marketing. Preference Pharma/Health care managing super specialised segment like Gastro, Cardio, Diabetes, Neuro, nephro & Peadia segment.  Reporting to: DGM- Marketing  Industry Preferred: Pathology Labs/ Diagnostic Centres / Hospitals/ Pharmaceutical Company/OTC/Stem Cells/ Medical Equipments or devices  Roles and Responsibilities   - Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated products, build KOL, in order to achieve the market share, sales targets and profits for allocated products.  - Design and pretest promotional tools, sell and educate promotional strategy to field force, monitor and review promotions in order to drive market share and sales in the allocated products.  - Analyze training needs, liaise with Training/Medical Team, design and conduct training programs in order to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and sales skills.  - Liaise with Knowledge Management Team, respond to queries of field staff and medical practitioners, prepare and submit monthly reports in order to provide timely accurate information.  - Liaise with operation team to explore opportunities and avenues to reduce cost of tests in order to improve profit contribution  - Analyze market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan in order to launch new products to increase market share.  - Identify and analyze local requirements, liaise with RBM and HO develop local marketing strategies, align with national plan, assist execution of the strategies in order to meet local marketing needs.  Desired Candidate Profile:   - Excellent communication skills  - Willing to get the details of any subject   - Having strong technical expertise   - Resilience and team player
