We have an urgent opening for the role of Marketing Research-Qualitative Research with a leading Media industry.  Looking for 2+ years of experience in qualitative research in FMCG, Telecom, Media OR Research Agency.  Keyskills-   - Experience in working with ERP/enterprise automation tools (e.g. RMS)  - Experience in working with cross-functional teams  - Data analysis skills  Job role-  - Step-out growth for the brand through designing and implementing strategic initiatives  - Improve channel GRPs and maximize the monetization potential of current as well as future brand equity  - FPC planning and incorporation of the same in the RMS system  - Checking over-run/under-run on schedules and accounting for the same while creating FPC  - Creation of assets / extension and information on new shows  - Communicating change of FPC to all teams as and when changes are incorporated  - Checking all assets and rights of the programs and liaising with all internal stakeholders: Ad-sales, Presentation, Marketing, Operations, Creative, IT teams to ensure smooth execution of all initiatives on the network  - Planning show segment structures and break pattern to improve break retention and increase TS  - Break Patterns and slots/versions to be managed and information to be sent to Operations team every week.  - Creating promotion plans on weekly basis and ensuring that the GRPs are delivered  - Assisting in weekly data analysis and strategy
