We have been entrusted by one of the most admired companies worldwide, to select the Functional Head Marketing for the Corporate Brand.

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We partner premier companies in executive search and leadership hiring.

The principal responsibilities shall be to build the Flagship or Corporate Brand.

- To plan, conceptualize and re-create the Corporate brand in the Global Market.

- Handling the Strategic Brand Management function for the brand across India and the Indian sub-continents .

- Lead Innovation to strengthen the Brand

- Brand & Marketing Communications; Media Strategy, Planning & Implementation; BTLs & Activation; Purchasing & Negotiations

- Managing creative agencies/ vendors

- We invite applications from Premier B School Graduates (XLRI, IIMs , Bajaj, IIFT,and like B Schools) with 7-10 years of post qualification experience, having rich brand/marketing experience .Must be currently working in top notch FMCG / Durables/Auto Companies. Should have a business orientation and a substantial exposure in understanding consumer insights.

- Must have experience in brand development - contributed in conceptualizing and bringing in new Brands / projects in a B2C space. Sound knowledge of all facets of brand management, marketing strategy and innovation process is a prerequisite.

CTC – Rs25 - 35 per annum.
