Purpose :   - To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization with the best in class Marketing support that helps the organization to better understand market trends and dynamics, Identify opportunities and define strategies in line with the organizational goals and business needs .  Key Responsibilities :  Operations and Automation :   - Interacting with corporates for creating opportunities for Staffing / placing skilled candidates  - Designing and implementing / refreshing websites for the organization  - Initiative for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Branding.  - Conducting marketing research and developing marketing strategy, making proposals & presenting this to corporate and Govt.  - Planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, email, PR and display advertising campaigns  - Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and clients touch points - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).   - Identify trends and insights, and optimize strategy based on the insights   - Manage external media and for the organization.  Qualification :  - MBA in Marketing / Advertising with 6-8 years of relevant experience  Other Qualification/ Certification: Creative Writing Diploma
