About our Client - Our client is one of the Global FMCG giants. They have been growing at above average market growth rate and to fuel the growth they are looking to hire a marketing manager reporting into the category head
Job Description - Reporting into the category head you will be responsible for:
- Lead the achievement of sales, revenue, market share and profit objectives of the category
- Lead the new product development and innovation pipeline
- Lead the 360 degree communications for the brand
- Facilitate the process of consumer insights and selling propositions
- Lead a direct team of two brand managers and indirectly be the leader of the extended brand team
The Successful Candidate - You should be 2004-05 batch from a premier B school only and should have minimum of 4 years of brand management experience. You should be currently working in one of the major FMCG/Pharma organizations and preferably in a team management role
