About our Client - Our client is a US-based FMCG company with a global presence in more than 100 countries. Part of the S&P 500 and with over 50,000 employees globally, the company is a global leader in its line of products and currently looking for a Marketing Manager for one of their critical business
Job Description - Reporting in to Head of Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible to:
- Manage the specific brand to deliver effective marketing mix supporting sales and profit achievement
- Liaison with the sector marketing team and the product development team for the product development initiatives
- Explore and study business feasibility of potential products which is in-line to the Company's business expertise and strategic focus
- Work on communication development and liaison with advertising agencies
- Work on brand positioning and provide consumer insight in relation to the category
- Identify and propose research plans to address consumer knowledge gaps
- Ensure successful innovation roll out plan and work on product launches as per the innovation funnel
The Successful Candidate - You are a MBA from top tier B-school and with minimum 3 years of brand management experience. An experience in FMCG marketing will be an added advantage. You have good understanding of marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
