Preparing marketing strategy for the business both Digital & Non Digital.  - Stake Holder Management - Preparing and running engagement programs for various stake holders of the business : Channel partners, Specifiers & Customers.  Communication & Business promotion : Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars  - Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.  - Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product / segment, directing promotional support.  - Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.  - Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends. Drive New product development by identifying the product gap areas and market / customer needs.   - Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.  - Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Build a strong and effective marketing team.   - Drive Sales Teams and work with Cross Functional Teams to deliver on Business Goals  - Preference for past experience in B2B business from Electrical Products preferred.   Qualification : MBA full time
