- Manage new product P&L, brand and marketing management of all brands under purview, overview of the editorial product in terms of cost and alignment with brand objectives, provide strategic / tactical inputs and operational support to ad sales with the objective of driving brand salience, increasing readership / circulation, creation of marketing IPR / brand properties that are monetized, thereby growing the brand profitability and establishing a competitive edge.   - Also responsible for category management (or categories) (eg. Education, Youth, etc.), nationally, viz across all Language brands and engage newspaper readers through a print plus strategy  - Create marketing IPRs for brand engagement & monetization, facilitate and monitor execution, review customer / consumer engagement metrics, brand impact, sponsor satisfaction & editorial impact  - Review performance on top line / bottom line, plan and execute strategic cost rationalization in order to exceed / meet budget PBT targets  - Support manpower hiring, employee development activities, employee performance review process in consultation with editorial heads in order to achieve alignment and building capability of staff with brand and organization objectives  - Review performance on top line / bottom line, plan and execute strategic cost rationalization in order to exceed / meet budget PBT targets
