Supervisor and Position (L+1): Business Head - OTC

Superior and Position (L+2): India Business Head

Purpose:

- The Head of Marketing is responsible for the performance and health of all brands in India and will actively support the vision of incorporating a new mindset to broaden how the company brings its brands alive to consumers and shoppers.

- He/she heads and coaches the Marketing Team and it is his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team which smoothly cooperates with all internal and external partners.

- The Head of Marketing is to discuss and set clear targets for every team member and to track the fulfillment.

Target companies: FMCG / Consumer healthcare companies .

MBA With 12-14yrs of relevant exp in Marketing.
