Urgently looking for Marketing Head - FMCG (Food and Beverages) for Mumbai Location  Job Description:  -Contribute appropriately as the head of the Marketing team to the delivery of overall strategic planning and achieve objectives of the Company.  - Work with the Sales team to develop promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters   - Develop medium and long term portfolio and brand strategies, achieve market share & penetration in line with company objective and drive innovations.  - Strengthen Brand Equity and Positioning as well as develop the brand portfolio in line with strategic road map.  - Lead annual plans development for the portfolio and brand in line with market dynamics; company growth and profit objectives.  - Driving brand performance to achieve top line and bottom line target.  - Identifying and sharpening the core brand elements on a regular basis.  - Understand precisely target group, polish regularly consumer and shopper profile..  - Develop compelling marketing mix based on clear insights and successfully execute the same.  - Driving the work with media agency to improve the media plan effectiveness and efficiency and Define effective communication channels to increase awareness and equity of the brand  - Lead the media deals and media innovations process and build in continuous improvements.  - Work out the annual budgets and allocate between the brands. .
