Position : Marketing Head

Job Description:-

- Assist head Marketing to execute marketing campaigns for departments and across geographies

- Support the Marketing Head for branding and eminence building activities including corporate communications, marketing communications, branding and promotions, covering above-the-line and below-the-line campaign

- Create an integrated marketing strategy with other group companies and leverage the existing capabilities to drive branding

- Responsible for implementing branding and eminence building activities including marketing communications, branding and promotions, covering above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns to create an integrated marketing strategy with other group companies and leverage the existing capabilities

- Define research & assessment criteria of current & potential future markets & competitor activitieson a regular basis to determine current & future marketing strategies and to optimize marketing initiatives

- Identify tactics to gain market share by improving product positioning and brand recall to existing and potential business partners

Potential recruiting sources:

- Financial services and payment companies, both Indian and MNCs operating in and from India and potential beyond India.

- Technology companies, both Indian and MNCs operating in and from India.

- Potentially a Junior Management Professional with experience in managing specialized service lines within the Marketing Function, preferably in a start-up environment
